My approach
I’m Ann , a personal trainer, fitness instructor and wellness coach with a deep belief that real, lasting change doesn’t come from extremes. It comes from consistency, education and a mindset that puts your long-term wellbeing first.
My approach goes well beyond the workout. I focus on the balance between physical fitness, mental wellbeing and the everyday habits that actually stick , because that’s what makes the difference between a six-week burst of motivation and a lifetime of feeling well.
I work with clients of every fitness level, from people taking their very first steps back into movement to athletes fine-tuning their performance. Every program I build is personalised , shaped around your goals, your routine and the real challenges you’re navigating.
